*Please note that our Premium Linen range of gandouras do not use the same material as our Premium Cotton Gandoura range despite the material looking very similar on the photos. The linen fabric used for our Premium Linen range is lighter in weight in comparison to the cotton fabric used for our Premium Cotton Gandoura range which has a more dense weave and is heavier in weight.*

*Our Moroccan Gandouras come with one pocket and one open pocket which is used to give access to your trouser pocket and/or undergarments. This is not a defect with the thobe.*

Care Instructions

Gandoura:
- Hand wash in lukewarm or cold water with little detergent for best results
- Avoid rubbing the material too much, gently squeeze the garment in the water.
- Ensure to wash all white Thawbs individually (separate from any other garments).
- Never tumble dry; air dry only
- Ensure the garment is hanging or spread out completely when drying.
- Steam on low heat for best results or iron firmly on low heat
Kaftan:
- Hand wash in lukewarm or cold water with little detergent for best results
- Avoid rubbing the material too much, gently squeeze the garment in the water.
- Ensure to wash all white Thawbs individually (separate from any other garments).
- Never tumble dry; air dry only
- Ensure the garment is hanging or spread out completely when drying.
- Steam on low heat for best results or iron firmly on low heat
Djellaba:

Shipping Policy

All shipping fees are dependant on the total weight of goods in the cart plus the weight of packaging.
International shipping rates (outside of UK) vary depending on the country from which the order has been placed as well as the total weight of the shipment.
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout after providing your shipping details.
*We only use tracked shipping services to fulfil customers orders. Tracking details will be sent to customers either via email or SMS or both upon fulfilment of their orders.*

We process orders Monday through Sunday 9am-5pm, excluding bank holidays. Any orders we receive outside of these times will be processed the next working day. Express delivery orders received after Friday 1pm will be processed on the next working day (Saturday).
*We are currently on holiday so orders will be dispatched on the week beginning 1st December 2024.*
If Thawab Clothing is unable to fulfil part or all of your order due to stock becoming unavailable, we will refund your payment for those items. Thawab will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.

During periods of severe weather conditions (e.g. floods, gales, snow) or sale periods/busy periods (e.g. Ramadan and Eid), deliveries may take a little longer than usual. In these circumstances, we aim to keep our customers updated where we can, and we will amend our delivery estimates accordingly. Where possible, we advise all our customers to plan their orders with plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
During Stock Takes, there may be a slight delay in order processing, but orders will still be delivered within advertised delivery times.
Once delivery has been made to you, the products ordered will become your responsibility, except in relation to products that are damaged or faulty upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at thawabthawbs@gmail.com, and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Refund Policy

Thawāb Clothing offers a 14-day return policy for all products purchased on our website, as long as the item/s is/are in the condition it/they was/were received in by “you”, the customer, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This is inclusive of items purchased on sale or using a discount code.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email thawabthawbs@gmail.com  with the subject 'Returns' or “Exchange” and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return or exchange.
*We are currently not offering refund/exchange for international orders unless the goods are damaged from our side.*
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returned items and is highly encouraged to use a reliable courier and opt for a tracked service.
When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to the customer's account or original payment method shortly after.
Please note that we only accept returns if the goods are damaged from our side; otherwise, no refund will be made.
*Product not fitting will not be considered a fault as the customer has the final decision in the purchase.*
